Do not fear

Do not fear, for I am with you,
Isaiah 41:10.

For myself, this little statement is lost during those sad moments
when I am in my own self pitty party. ┬áThese pitty party’s can last for minutes, hours or even days depending the deep and how long it takes me to let go of the happening, event or sorrow that occurred.

The fear of not knowing or understanding are mostly the set-backs, specially when good intentions was to help others and the unexpected happens.

Prayers, meditation, stress release of deep breathing may help the body and mind for short moments, yet the emotion has to-be overcome.

Passage Isaiah 41:10, reminds me of reality. Reality of before, during, and after I leave my pitty party. Reality, that I welcome an invisible spirit into my life, that once shared breath as I, other people, animals and all living creatures that live and once had life on this planet.

Through every fear there is light and someone patiently waiting.

For rest and shelter of the night,

For health and food, for love and friends,

For everything Thy goodness sends.”
